Key Account Sales/Gardena, CA/ $130k+

This is a high level consultative sale to Key Automotive Accounts C level executives. The account executive is responsible for the development and execution of sales that are consultative in nature which address the clients' strategic business issues. My clients' integrated solutions include research, consulting, communications, training, measurement and promotions/incentives/rewards.

Minimum Guarantee for up to three years of $80K-$130K

Top sales performers are earning are earning $250K+
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years business to business sales experience selling to key automotive manufacturers in the Southern California area.

Must possess strong hunter skills

Ability to develop strategic partnerships with C level executives in large corporations

Documented history of career stability- Our client will ONLY consider candidates that have had 3 or less jobs in the last ten years NO EXCEPTIONS!

Excellent presentation skills

Understanding and appreciating the value that training, motivation, and incentives bring to highly productive sales teams a must.


Previous experience in any of the following fields is a plus: Intangible Sales, Performance Improvement, Incentives, Conceptual Sales, Performance Motivation, Loyalty, Solutions Sales, Gift Cards, Reward Programs, Gift Certificates, Incentive Travel, and/or Consulting Sales.

National Account Sales experience desirable.

College degree required; advanced degree preferred
