Internet Account Manager

Account Advocates work closely with Cobalt clients, Search Engine Optimization Specialists, Premium Services Support Specialists, and fellow account management team members to develop and execute short and long-term marketing strategies that emphasize website optimization and search marketing techniques (paid and organic) and meet ROI and website enhancement requirements. Account Advocates proactively review client websites for necessary content changes or performance issues as well as evaluate website and organic search performance metrics and identify areas requiring optimization.Required SkillsThe position requires the ability to establish priorities, multi-task, work to hard deadlines, proactively seek solutions for clients, and work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and analytical abilities, the ability to build client relations, and a sincere commitment to customer service are absolutely essential to your success.Required ExperienceBA from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experience
2-4 years experience in account or project management (or similar position)
Experience managing relationships with external customers
Client or external vendor management experience preferred
Working knowledge of website management and design best practices
Working knowledge of Internet marketing strategies, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), page optimization, keyword analysis, Search Engine and Crawler Technology, ranking and site traffic measurement is a plus BenefitsBased in Seattle, Cobalt has offices in Detroit; Columbus, Ohio; Redwood City, California; and Bangalore, India.
