Inside Parts Sales
OKI Systems Limited, a leader in the material handling industry, has an open position in Cincinnati for an Inside Parts Salesperson. If you have a background in inside sales or related experience, this is a great opportunity for you!
The Inside Parts Salesperson will perform the following duties:
Support Outside Salespeople and Sales Managers in generating sales and interact with current customers to develop and encourage new business
Contact established and prospective business accounts by telephone
Establish vendor relationships and pricing
Determine type of parts needed
Inspect worn or damaged parts to determine if replacement is required and advises customers of parts needed according to description of malfunction
Process vendor invoices, customer, internal, and service department purchase orders, sales credits, parts credits and warranties
Inform customers of price and availability, fill customer orders, and monitor orders for prompt delivery
Organize and coordinate inventory by marking and storing parts in stockroom and updating computer inventory records on returned items

REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will have strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
Knowledge of lift truck parts is a plus.
Knowledge of auto parts or other related parts is a plus.
