The ideal candidate will have 3-10+ years of inside sales experience. You will be challenged to prospect, attain, grow, and maintain a specified territory over the phone. Provided with a call list of leads, you will offer Internet lead packages to auto dealers and assist in the successful use of our product and services. Organization, persistence, and an entrepreneurial spirit will be the keys to your success in meeting and exceeding a sales and retention quota. This position reports to sales management.Required Skills3-10+ years of sales experience
Demonstrable phone-based selling skills required with a minimum of one-year of phone sales experience strongly preferred
Aggressive, action-oriented, results-oriented, closing techniques
Sales skills: prospecting, qualification, verbal presentation, and closing
Experience in the generation of sales revenue through new account and existing ones that you will be assigned
Extensive experience in account management, renewal sales, consultative selling, managing sales cycles, and maintaining client relationships
Ability to negotiate and close sales
Demonstrated history of closing business opportunities and building long term relationships (consistently meeting and/or exceeding quota)
History of attaining revenue and performance goals as well as the maintenance of a customer base
Ability to meet or exceed revenue and/or activity quota through phone-based, full-cycle, solution selling
Aggressive top performer in your previous position
Professional phone demeanorHigh energy, self motivated and persistent
Goal oriented
Superior customer service skills
Excellent and persuasive oral and written communication skills required
Positive, upbeat and aggressive personality is required
Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, superior time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision are essential
Ability to work well in a team-selling environment
College degree desiredSuccessful backgrounds include, but are not limited to: automotive sales, advertising, media, telecommunications, business products, software/hardware sales, recruiting, hospitality, inside or outside sales, financial advisors, banking, collections, yellow pages, etc.Compensation: Dealix offers a competitive base salary + monthly commission and quarterly bonus = $75,000 to $100,000+Dealix Corporation was founded in 1998 and is based in Redwood City, California.
