Job Profile:
targeting and soliciting new business
securing new accounts
maintaining and growing current accounts
collaborating with vendor representatives in planning, targeting, and positioning efforts
delivering exceptional service to a diverse set of customer types by understanding and proactively responding to our customer's needs

REQUIREMENTS
previous industrial sales experience preferred (knowledge of industrial coatings, application equipment and surface preparation)
outside sales experience strongly preferred
ability to drive new business, rather than simply service existing business
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
strong planning and organizational skills
entrepreneurial drive and spirit
ability and willingness to travel throughout assigned territory (we offer business mileage reimbursement)
minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
