INSTRUCTIONAL SPECIALIST AUTOBODY TECHNOLOGY

INSTRUCTIONAL SPECIALIST AUTOBODY TECHNOLOGY San Juan College is currently accepting applications for a INSTRUCTIONAL SPECIALIST AUTOBODY TECHNOLOGY. The position reports directly to the Assistant Professor of Auto Body and will be responsible for assisting the faculty in presenting laboratory experiences to students. Other responsibilities will include facilitation of safety procedures; assist students with course assignments; assist with job placement of job-ready students; troubleshoot minor equipment repairs used in labs; and assist with the administration of exams and recording grades. QUALIFICATIONS: An Associate Degree in Auto Body Technology or related area from an accredited school and a minimum of three years of related industry experience required; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. A full ASE certification is highly desirable but not necessary; however, the selected individual will be required to be fully certified within two years of employment.
