Bachelor's Degree is required
The Hospital Operations Coordinator is a member of the Hospital's leadership team. In the absence of Hospital administration and line managers, coordinates activities related to overall Hospital operations. Serves as a liaison to all Hospital departments and staff to maintain a safe and efficient environment for patients, visitors, and personnel.



Requirements
BSN required. Three (3) years supervision experience in patient care. Licensed as an RN in the State of Maryland. Possesses knowledge of problem solving tools and processes, staffing processes, quality improvement concepts and methods; possesses advanced clinical practice skills, organization and prioritization abilities, negotiation and consensus building skills, communication skills and persuasive ability. Must have completed CPR Health Care Provider or CPR for the professional Rescuer course.Req: 5549
