REQUIREMENTS
We expect:
A proven track record of success with tangible achievements in used vehicle operations, F+I, and sales desk management.
We also expect you will be able to utilize those skills to lead
Coach your staff on a daily basis as well as be willing to apply them in a hands-on capacity, as needed to support your team too!
Additional responsibilities will include personnel, training, sales systems, advertising & marketing.
