REQUIREMENTS
As a Floating General Manager at Copart, you will be well rewarded in this highly autonomous but critical role if you can effectively and efficiently manage our yard including work flow and processes, customer service, and reporting personnel. Your knowledge of management and operations in auto rental, distribution, maintenance, or warehousing industries will ensure your success in this position. Your organizational abilities as well as written and verbal communication skills will be vital, as we have a tremendous range of challenging and unique transactions taking place. If you have a strong attention to detail, are tenacious at following up, are a natural at cultivating long-lasting relationships, and possess a strong competitive drive to be the best at what you do, then we need you!
