The Fleet Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of maintenance on a fleet of more than 200 refrigerated trucks, trailers, and tractors. The successful candidate will manage and provide training for the maintenance team, ensuring the safety of the fleet and compliance with vehicle regulations.

• Organization of all phases of maintenance for fleet
• Manage team members to ensure successful operation of fleet
• Ongoing education of DOT/EPA and OSHA regulations
• Provide training for team on all government regulations and company policies in timely manner
• Understanding fleet cost accounting, budgeting, and inventory control
REQUIREMENTS
•Refrigerated vehicle maintenance experience: 8 to 10 years
•Working knowledge of DOT/EPA and OSHA regulations
•Familiarity with fleet cost accounting, budgeting, and inventory control
•Fleet maintenance management experience: 10 to 15 years
•Proven leadership skills
