Field Technician (Immediate Opening) - Ventura, Ca

Turf Star Inc, the exclusive distributor for TORO equipment in California, has an opportunity for a talented and motivated Field Service Tech based out of our Brea Repair and Set Up facility; however will be servicing Ventura County.The Field Service Tech travels to our customer locations, primarily country clubs and golf courses and performs repairs upon their mowing and turf care equipment. The successful candidate will be an outstanding mechanic with above average diagnostic, hydraulic, electrical and mechanical skills.

REQUIREMENTS
The essential job functions are:Customer communication and follow through.Ensure that repairs are completed on time with a high degree of workmanship.Ensure work orders and other administrative tasks are processed in an accurate and timely fashion.Work closely with Field Service Manager to grow and improve customer satisfaction.The successful candidate will have a clean DMV record, and a proven track record of successful field service experience, and possess exceptional communication skills, Spanish fluency a definite plus.
