Experienced Service Advisor

Ourisman Honda of Laurel is currently seeking an experienced service advisor to join our busy service department in Laurel,Maryland.


Service Advisors greet customers who have brought vehicles in for services, advises what services are needed or assists in diagnosis or concerns, and manages the work until it is completed.


Service Advisors must have a working knowledge of how vehicles operate, some of the common problems and solutions to those problems, maintenance schedules and the workings of a dealer service department. They must be able to handle multiple tasks and have great sales and communications skills.
