Job Description
We are currently seeking an individual for the position of Executive Assistant to our Regional Vice President for the Western Region. This position will be responsible for managing calendar and travel, scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing and editing speeches and presentations, and other administrative duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have strong business knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and execute on needs of the RVP and other executives.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes

The ideal candidate will be a individual who is a self-starter, have a high sense of urgency, and have a genuine interest of working with people.

Must possess outstanding organizations skills, attention to detail with strong communication skills.

Must be willing to perform other tasks as assigned.

Minimum age of 18.

Pre-employment drug screen and back ground check required.
