Engineering Manager - Southern Illinois

Our client is a profitable manufacturer looking to add an energetic manufacturing engineering manager to it's management team. Client manufacturers a durable consumer product and has multiple facilities in the southern Illinois, near Indiana and Kentucky.Responsibilities will be managing a team of 20 manufacturing engineers to handle current production issues (equipment problems, material issues, process improvements) and manage product launch. Automotive and Toyota Production Systems experience is a must.
REQUIREMENTS
For candidates to be considered, they MUST have the following;* 4-year technical degree (BSME,BSIT,BSMET)
* 8+ yrs heavy manufacturing experience in assembly operations ** Automotive experience
* Demonstrated strong leadership and problem solving skills
** TPS
