District Sales Manager

Our client is currently looking for an experienced outside sales representative, who is passionate about motorsports and the motorsports industry, for their District Sales Manager position. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven sales professional to come in and take ownership of this territory and work independently with no handholding or micro management – lots of freedom in this role!

Primary Responsibilities:
§ Establish and maintain a strong dealer network within the territory
§ Demonstrate products to dealers
§ Recruit and train new dealers
§ Plan and execute District events to increase sales
REQUIREMENTS
Primary Requirements:
§ Minimum of 2 years in the motorsports, outdoor power equipment, or farm equipment industry OR experience with a product that requires in-use demonstration
§ Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience
§ Experience working/interacting with industry dealers
§ Strong oral, written, and organizational skills
