Direct Repair Facility Coordinator

Farmers Insurance Circle of Dependability program is a network of auto body repair facilities that have met Farmers Insurance strict guidelines for participation.

Farmers is looking for a highly motivated, high energy individual for this challenging position. The person must be customer focused, self-motivated, and performance driven. The individual needs to be able to handle multiple tasks, excel in a high visibility environment and possess a strong commitment to quality.

Job Description:
The Direct Repair Facility Coordinator
· Manages the performance of the facilities currently part of the Circle of Dependability program.
· Reviews all estimates presented from the facilities for accuracy and quality.
· Reviews repairs to customer’s vehicles to insure proper repair procedures have been followed and that the estimate has been followed to properly repair the customers vehicle.
· Prepares statistical reviews; report repair facility trends to shops and Supervisor.
· Coordinates, controls, and responds to all customer complaints in or from a Circle of Dependability facility.
· Is responsible for identifying repair facilities that meet the requirements of the Circle of Dependability program.
· Works with local field claims and marketing to identify potential geographic business needs for additional facilities.
· Facilitates semi-annual Circle of Dependability shop meetings
· Visits local agents to act as a liaison to the claims department and to promote the Circle of Dependability program.
· Interacts with the field claims department to promote the Circle of Dependability program
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Strong technical knowledge of collision repair procedures
· Proficient at utilizing CCC Pathways
· Excellent organization skills with attention to detail
· Strong problem solving skills and analytical abilities
· Proficient with Microsoft Office products
· Strong leadership skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to make group presentations
· Commitment to pursue outside industry training such as ICAR
· Must posses a valid drivers license
· Must be bondable
Experience Requirements:
· The candidate should possess prior claims handling experience.

Education Requirements:
· High School Diploma, some college. Four year college degree preferred.
