Delivery/Customer Service

Performance Radiator is an International aftermarket and OE supplier of automotive parts. Established in 1986, Performance Radiator is a fast growing company with locations in 21 states and Canada.We are currently looking for individuals to join our team as customer service/delivery reps. Quality people make the difference. In this position, you provide the first impression for Performance Radiator.
Primary responsibilities of a customer service rep./delivery driver include:
*Driving company vehicle to deliver automotive parts and supplies to customer's home or place of business.*Recording sales or delivery information on daily sales and/or delivery records on driver log and warehouse log.*Setting up merchandise and sales promotion displays or delivering sales promotion materials to customers.*Answering multi-line phones and selling automotive products. *Following through from initial quote to the printing of the invoice.*Communicating delivery arrangements to customers.*Supporting both internal and external customers.
*Displaying ability to overcome customer objections with a friendly demeanor
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal Candidates must have:
*Knowledge of local area.*Attention to detail.*Problem solving ability.*Ability to work well under pressure.*Team attitude and enthusiasm.*Excellent customer service skills.*Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
