DEISEL MECHANIC

Purpose: Company Information: Our client is located in southern California, and they specialize in total maintenance and repair solutions for commercial fleets. They are currently in need of a Diesel Mechanic that can be a valuable member of their team:

Job Description:

The qualified diesel mechanic will show a working knowledge as :

an Engine Specialist.
experienced with In and Out of Frame Overhauls and
Experienced with most Medium to Heavy Duty Engines.
Most Experienced with Cummins, Detroit and Cat engines.
General Repairs when Engine work is unavailable.

CERTIFICATIONS:

These would be the certifications that would be helpful:

ASE medium & heavy duty truck, Air Brake, documentation from any industry related completed college courses ,various training certificates in component diagnosis and repair, such as Cummins, Caterpillar, Detroit engines or GM or Ford Motor company training in medium & heavy-duty trucks... Would also like applicant to have a valid commercial drivers license with a current medical certificate.
