Join us!!In this entry-level position as a Customer Service Specialist, you assist Maintenance Customers in all activities from beginning to end (writing the ticket, customer education, servicing their vehicle)
Major activities include:
Customer Service: including assisting with the merchandising and maintenance of all in-store tire displays while also providing education and tire and service information to customers.Installs tires, tire repairs, and tire rotations
Changes engine oil transmission fluid and filters.
Installs batteries and checks electrical systems.
Road test vehicles.
Progresses to the position, Sales Associate, Service Manager or Manager of Tire Sales.
REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrates the ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
A high level of motivation and energy and strong customer service skills are also required.
