Closer/Team manager for Auto dealer + a couple of salespeople

We are looking for an experienced closer/Team manager with proven track record. The right candidate must be experienced and have the following skills:

*strong negotiation skills and ability to ask for the sale and close the sale.
*Ability to manage a team of five salespeople at all times.
*Ability to do effective follow up with all customers in a timely manner.
*Be able to cooperate with management.
*Ability to think of ways to get results.
*must be gross oriented and profit minded.
*must have experience in auto industry.
*must be a team player.
