Change Management Coordinator

We currently have multiple openings for experienced and passionate Change Management Coordinator!

Responsibilities include:

1. Preparation & scheduling of Change Management meetings;
2. Coordination of changes with Design, Testing, Logistics, Prototype, Purchasing;
3. Planning of schedules for implementation of changes;
4. Write & coordinate change orders, implement changes into SAP;
5. Verification of change on Print in Product;
6. Define implementation points with Design, Logistics and Purchasing;
7. Implement all files into SAP and Easy Doc. Management;
8. Generate and modify KAN/KAU/DCR/Temporary DCR forms;
9. Generate new part numbers in SAP according to our guidelines;
10. Modify BOM in system with changes and keep system up to date;
11. Change Engineering Master Timing;
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university (preferably in Management or Engineering); and 2 years related experience; or combination of education and experience
2. Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Oral & Written Communications skills;
3. Computer Skills - knowledge of Manufacturing, Project Management, Spreadsheet, and Word Processing software;
4. Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned;
