Certified Pre-Owned Specialist

MSX International is actively hiring for a Certified Pre-Owned Specialist/Inspector to manage the relationship between MSXI and OEM programs. The Field Consultant will act as a third party inspector/consultant and conduct dealership evaluations as required to validate compliance for this specific OEM program. Compliance will be measured in the following categories/departments; Sales, Service, Parts and Vehicle inspections. The consultant/evaluator will review all dealership processes and access gaps contributing to decreased performance and/or program criteria compliance. The consultant will design and assist in the implementation of a training plan or Best Practices program focused on improving the dealership's performance within the Certified Pre-Owned program. The Consultant will also assist in developing current Best Practices, Dealership specific business plans, targeting additional revenue opportunities and defining additional gaps identified during each validation visit. The objective will be to increase dealer participation by identifying ways to utilize the program and it's component parts to increase sales of vehicles, services, parts and additional warranties.

The consultant/inspector will be responsible for managing all program required documentation, travel and expense reports on a timely basis.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will be available to travel 90% of the time throughout their assigned territory. Along with possessing a minimum of 5 years automobile dealership experience covering both sales and fixed operations. Position requires a high degree of competence in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and Outlook.

A Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred, but not required.
