The responsibilities of a Car Preparer revolve around the quality preparation of the car for rental. This includes washing, fueling vehicles, and making sure cars are prepared to be re-rented. Light janitorial work may be required. The position also requires a high level of customer service and making sure customers are dropped off in a timely and friendly manner.Post offer drug test and background checks are required. Hertz promotes a drug free environment and is an EOE.

REQUIREMENTS
Must be available to work flexible hours: 7am - 6pm Monday - Friday and Saturday 8am - 2pm. Must have valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record. This is a union position and employees receive a comprehensive benefit package and periodic wage increases.Candidates must be able to pass post-offer drug screen, background check, and DMV record check.
