If You Have Sales Experience…..
Fast Start Training Program
Unlike other dealerships, we have a proven training system with our in-house professional trainer/coach. Our “Fast Start” training program is the best in the region and you will be paid during your training time. You will be “up and running” quickly. If you are selected, we will insure that you will be properly trained and supported.

Salary
Our Sales Associates earn an average of $35,000 the first year and $55,000-$60,000 after that. Generous bonus program.

2 Lines to Sell
Unlike other dealerships with a single brand, we have 2 excellent lines under one roof to sell from. We maintain a large inventory vehicles so you can “close the deal” and get the customer in a car ASAP.

Chrysler offers some of the most popular automobiles on the market today that appeal to every age group and budget. The Crossfire, PT Cruiser, Pacifica and Chrysler 300 are just a few of our models if you haven’t looked at the Chrysler line lately, stop by – you will be impressed.

From our Jeep lineup, we have even better news. Within a few months, our customers will have 8 jeep models to choose from. We’ll have something for everyone.

Salary
Our Sales Associates earn an average of $55,000-$60,000. Generous bonus program.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling or leasing vehicles and meeting dealership customer satisfaction standards. Bosak Chrysler Jeep is looking for sales professionals who have a drive to succeed while maintaining the highest commitment to customer satisfaction. We will provide continual support to develop each person to maximize their potential and skills as a Sales Associate. All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment screening which may include background checks, drug test, credit report, etc.

Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction
Attend sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and the manufacturer.
Maintain a prospect development system.
Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business.
Learn the terminology of our business and keep abreast of technological changes in the product.
Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity.
Create and fulfill on your productivity goals.
