About The Position: Autoflex Leasing, the nation’s number one auto leasing company seeks a car sales/finance/leasing professional. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years sales and leasing experience. Sales or finance management and large ticket telemarketing sales in your background is also a plus. The candidate must possess a high level of energy, integrity, and have the ability to work and communicate effectively with a professional clientele base. They must also have the ability to work independently through an entire vehicle transaction from greeting to contract signing.

About the Company: Autoflex Leasing is a 24 year old independent Leasing Company headquartered in Richardson, Texas with an additional office in Arlington. We are the only automobile leasing company in Texas with direct banking relationships with all lease banks that do business in Texas including Chase. We also have direct banking relationships with retail banks with A+ to D- buying programs. In addition, we have endorsements from state medical associations nationwide, the NFL Players Association and recently we were the recipient of the 2006 Consumers Choice Award for Business Excellence.

Opportunities: We offer a commission structure that begins at 25% and progresses to 30% on gross profit that you generate from your deals including income from rate profit and aftermarket sales. Pay periods are weekly and we have regular monthly bonuses based on unit volume, appointments, and high gross. There is a positive sales environment as our management all started in sales and were promoted because of sales excellence. Our Leasing Specialist’s average longevity is 5 years +.

Hours and Benefits: Monday through Friday 9 AM to 7 PM rotating off at 6 PM every other night. Saturday’s hours are 9 AM to 2 PM rotating off every other weekend. When you run in excess of $25,000 in gross profit in any month, your Saturdays are your own! Autoflex offers Hospitalization, Dental and Optical coverage. The company contributes a portion of your insurance costs each month.
