CALL CENTER MANAGER - Heavy Duty Trucks

We're the largest full service travel center network in the USA. We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills to ensure our RoadSquad operation is the best in the industry.

In this position, you will manage our new RoadSquad Center, a 24/7 dispatch center dedicated to supporting roadside assistance for Class 8 vehicles. You will be responsible for management of the day-to-day operations as well as handling all personnel aspects for a team of 20 dispatchers. The position involves interacting with long-haul truckers, fleet breakdown centers, and TA's field management.
