Business Analyst- Automotive/Interactive

Business Analysis
Plans and leads business analysis element of projects including scoping, planning, and executing activities
Plans and leads client and external interviews, workout sessions, team meetings, and solutions formulation
Responsible for delivering business requirements, functional requirements, stakeholder analysis, and business process analysis
Performs quality assurance activities of all business analysis deliverables
Demonstrates knowledge of key components, technical solutions, and vendors in one or more solution sets
Demonstrates ability to apply e-business concepts and models to drive value creation
Demonstrates knowledge of key issues and value drivers in one or more solution setsClient and Team Communications
Develops and nurtures mid-level client relationships
Presents solutions and recommendations to the client
Demonstrates ability to work with client manager and middle management to drive value, resolve issues, and build consensusTeam and Practice Building
Independently leads Strategy activities on small- and medium-sized projects
Provides informal and formal coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team members
Assumes leadership roles in the Business & Planning community
Leads internal training, brown bag, or boot camp sessions
Identifies opportunities for and participates in Discipline and/or solution set initiatives
Participates in recruiting activities by interviewing candidatesBusiness Development
Identifies follow-on business development opportunities with account manager and assists in pursuit
Takes responsibility for developing sections of large proposals, RFP responses, and presentations
Demonstrates ability to scope work and assists in the creation of project plans, statements of work, and other contracts
Participates in sales / account development presentations
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of industry experience in a large consulting company environment.
