Job Purpose
•Handle all transactions for purchases and payments connected with the Parts, Service, and Body Shop Departments. In the process ensure that customers feel appreciated protect their personal information.
•Follow required administrative procedures.
•Maintain security of funds collected.

REQUIREMENTS
Customer and Marketing Responsibilities
•Make customers feel appreciated by greeting them in a friendly and courteous way, efficiently handling transactions, and thanking them for their business.
•Listen carefully to customer needs and concerns, and resolve them efficiently using appropriate Life Quality BMW resources and personnel.
•Communicate Life Quality BMW policies and procedures in a way that focuses on the benefit to the customer.
•Contribute to team effort and BMW customer-centered service philosophy by accomplishing related results as needed.
•Promote the Life Quality BMW and the BMW products line through enthusiastic customer service.
•Maintain strong knowledge of BMW products, services, and processes through on-the-job-training to answer customer questions effectively and promote high quality BMW image.
Logistical Responsibilities
•Maintain safe, neat, and clean work areas. Make sure the physical environment is pleasing to the customers and employees.
•Organize and file information and transaction records according to BMW Center policies and procedures.
