As a member of the management team in a Just Brakes service center, your duties will include:

•Providing Exceptional Phone Service
•Providing Proper Brake Inspections
•Providing Our Customers With an Understanding of Required and Suggested Brake Repairs
•Providing Detail Estimates for Costs of Repairs
•Providing Proper Car Delivery
•Managing Profit and Loss Statements
•Overseeing All Aspects of Center Operations and Its Employees
•Building Positive Customer Relations


You must be able to memorize and write the Just Brakes Phone Procedure prior to initial on-the-job training in the center. Supervisory and management experience preferred.

REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must have a willingness to learn, strong communication, and leadership skills. Prefer some experince in the automotive industry but not a must.
