We are looking for people with experience in the automotive industry!An industry-leading manufacturer of automotive PCM performance tuning solutions is looking for phone-based customer support representatives with strong computer skills and knowledge of automotive mechanical systems.Training and growth opportunities are available in this rapidly growing company for motivated individuals excited about the automotive performance industry.
Assist customers with EFI tuning related questionsAssist customers with tuning software/hardware related issuesAssist customers in determining which EFI tuning products best suit their needsKeep accurate logs of tech support calls
Escalate issues to the appropriate department so long term solutions can be developedFollow up with customers as necessary to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of issuesWe welcome applicants with experience in the automotive service industry.
REQUIREMENTS
Understanding of EFI and automotive mechanical systems a plusPrefer familiarity with automotive performance aftermarketAbility to analyze and resolve EFI tuning and PC software related issuesWindows PC literate with typing skill of 30-40 wpmAbility to communicate with customers in an articulate and professional manner
