Job Description
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Assiting customers with their needs (either in-person or via telephone). Operating of
computer and paper catologing systems and processing daily paperwork and forms,
Effectively communicating features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers,
Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as presenting professional conduct and appeatance at all times,
Adhering to company policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS
Job Skills
Prior wholesale and retail automotive counter background a MUST, ASE (P2) Parts Certification is a definite plus,
Exceptional customer service and communications skills (both written and oral),
A positive attitude and great personal drive,
A willingness and ability to learn in a fast-paced counter environment.
Availabilty to work on weekends and holidays is a must,
Prior knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems are helpful.

Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation is a MUST!
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Both a pre-employment drug screen and complete background check are required for this position.
