Automotive Branch Manager- Houston, TX

The Automotive Division manufactures and markets all vehicle finish and refinish products under Sherwin Williams and other branded labels. There are over 175 automotive branches throughout the U.S and Canada.

This position is accountable for the operations of a Sherwin-Williams Company, Automotive Finishes Branch, located in Houston, TX. The top priority is servicing existing and potential new business accounts for the purpose of selling Automotive Division products which include Sherwin-Williams labeled automotive paint and associated products. Typical accounts include automotive collision repair shops, production shops, and fleet shops. Additional responsibilities include monitoring of all sales, profit and expense, supervision of employees, credit accounts, cash, inventory management, and safety.

Candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, including problem solving and handling customer complaints.

We prefer at least 12 months of experience in the automotive industry (automotive paints, auto body, collision, insurance, auto parts, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS
All applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age, possess a valid drivers license, have good communication/customer service skills, have an ability to work all scheduled hours, and have a dependable nature. Those under consideration for this position will be subject to a background check. High School education or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in business or related field is preferred but not necessary.
