Our APD Claims Representatives: Inspect damaged vehicles and determine claims related damage, estimate the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged vehicles, identify subrogation rights, establish damages, report status, and negotiate settlementsWork closely with the insured, claimants and body and repair shops
REQUIREMENTS
Four-year college degree and minimum 1 year work experience in a customer service and/or insurance positionSpanish Speaking skills preferredExcellent customer service, communication skills, sound judgment and decision making skillsValid driver's license, bondable, computer proficiencyMust pass pre-employment assessments and be able to attend a 3 week off-site training course
