Auto Physical Damage Supervisor
Amica Mutual Insurance Company has an excellent employment opportunity for an experienced Automobile Physical Damage Supervisor at our Westborough, MA Office. Primary responsibilities include direct supervision of APD staff and the quality assurance of all Amica appraisal sources. Will participate in the administration of special projects and APD programs. Will be responsible for APD field and branch training.
Qualified candidates will possess three years of auto appraiser experience and proven knowledge of auto collision and mechanical repair practices and costs to evaluate appraisals. Previous supervisor experience is required. The ideal candidate will have computer proficiency including a working knowledge of Claims Workflow Tools, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Good communication, leadership, and analytical skills are required. Significant travel is required within the region to include overnight. Must reside within in the Central Massachusetts Region, preferably the metro Boston area.
