Auto Physical Damage Claims Rep - Campbell

We are currently looking for a Field Auto Physical Damage Claims Representatives to handle claims in San Jose/Campbell.

Our APD Claims Representatives:
-Inspect damaged vehicles and determine claims related damage, estimate the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged or stolen vehicles, identify subrogation rights, and report the status of claims
-Negotiate settlements and make payments of assigned claims within prescribed limits
-Work closely with autobody shops, repair shops, claimants and insureds to manage and resolve auto claims
-Represent the Company from a public relations standpoint and conduct oneself as a professional member of Management
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
-Four-year college degree or an automotive related Associate of Applied Science degree from an accredited technical college; or two years working as a manager, assistant manager or lead estimator in an auto body repair facility is required
-Minimum 1 year work experience in a customer service and/or insurance position
-Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills, sound judgment and decision making skills,
-Valid driver's license
-Must pass pre-employment test and be able to attend a 3 week off-site training course
-Computer proficiency
