We are currently seeking a candidate for an Auto Estimatics Inspector position available in Midland.


Key job responsibilities for this position are:
* Evaluate repairer's estimates and/or writes estimates which accurately reflect the dollar cost of the vehicle damage
* May communicate repair estimate information to claim management, claim handlers, customers, agents, and repair facilities
* May audit vehicle damage losses including verification that all repairs are completed according to the final bill and document any repair deviations
* Works under minimal supervision
* Utilizes automated estimating systems to prepare competitive repair estimates for the market area
* Refers information on possible vehicle total loss claims to the appropriate contact
* Applies knowledge of market value and other factors affecting reparability issues
* At direction of claim handler, issues claim payments
* Fosters good public relations with customers, agents and repair facilities
* May evaluate Service First/Select Service repairer's estimates for consistency and competitiveness for the market area and discuss any issues with the repairers and/or management
REQUIREMENTS
All qualified candidates will need to complete a pre-employment test and HR interview to be considered by management. The candidate selected for the position must successfully complete a background check, which includes a criminal history, credit check and a drug screen before a final job offer will be made.
