Auto Estimatics Inspector

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Utilizes automated estimating systems to prepare competitive repair estimates for the market area
- Refers information on possible vehicle total loss claims to the appropriate contact
- Applies knowledge of market value and other factors affecting reparability issues
- At direction of claim handler, issues claim payments
- May evaluate repairer's estimates for consistency and competitiveness for the market area and discuss any issues with the repairers and/or management

Qualifications/Skills:

- Ability to develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers, agents and repair facilities
- Strong organizational and planning skills required
- Must be able to meet applicable state licensing requirements I-CAR Training preferred
- Experience in auto damage repair and/or auto damage estimating REQUIRED.
