Our APD Claims Representatives:

·Will work out in the field to inspect damaged vehicles and determine claims related damage, estimate the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged vehicles, identify subrogation rights, establish damages, report status, and negotiate settlements
·Work closely with the insured, claimants and body and repair shops

REQUIREMENTS
Four-year college degree or an automotive related Associate of Applied Science degree from an accredited technical college; or two years working as a manager, assistant manager or lead estimator in an auto body repair facility
Spanish Speaking skills preferred
Minimum 1 year work experience in a customer service and/or insurance position
Excellent customer service and communication skills and sound judgment and decision making skills
Valid driver's license, bondable, computer proficiency
Must pass pre-employment assessments and be able to attend a 3 week off-site training course
