- Support smooth store operations and customer service, and manage the store when the Store Manager is not there. The rest of the time is spent performing repair and maintenance services on customer vehicles.- Help technicians develop technical and customer service skills, and assist with getting customer jobs.- Diagnose and repair brake, exhaust, ignition and electrical systems, and perform suspension, alignment, tire, air conditioning and scheduled maintenance services.
Monro will help you stay up-to-date in your knowledge of tools, parts, repairs and equipment through meetings, clinics and videos. Management training is also provided.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
* 2-4 years of direct repair experience with diagnostics, general repairs and maintenance. ASE certifications desired.
* Own a set of tools necessary for Monro’s services
* Customer focus, with friendly attitude
* Basic automotive service operations knowledge* Good communication skills
* Basic computer skills
* Lifting ability up to 50 pounds
* Flexible schedule to cover store hours, including Saturdays
