Assistant Manager of Human Resources

Human Resources ~ Assistant Manager

This new position will support the manufacturing group, report to the plant HR Manager, and focus on employee relations. The assistant manager will also provide training, orientations, hiring / staffing.

A strong HR Generalist / Manager background is required, as this position will be on a fast track to take a Manager's role within the group.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree, Human Resources preferred, with at least five years experience in HR in a manufacturing environment. Must have excellent employee relations skills, and have experience with recruitment, staffing, hiring, policy and procedures, attendance, benefits.

Masters degree, PHR, and / or previous supervisory experience a plus.
