Assistant Manager

Monro™ offers customers a wide range of repair services. We do exhaust, brake, suspension, alignment, ride control, tire, battery, electrical, air conditioning and scheduled maintenance services.
REQUIREMENTS
Assistant Managers:
- Support smooth store operations and customer service, and manage the store when the Store Manager is not there.

- Sell needed repair/maintenance services.

- Help technicians develop technical and customer service skills, and assist with getting customer jobs.

Monro Muffler/Brake will help you stay up-to-date in your knowledge of tools, tires, parts, repairs and equipment through meetings, clinics and videos. Management training is also provided.

Requirements:
* At least one year of automotive service and/or tire experience. ASE certifications a plus.
* Sales experience in automotive services and/or tires
* Ability to successfully manage a technician team
* Customer focus, with friendly attitude
* Good communication skills
* Basic service and/or tire operations knowledge
* Basic computer skills
* Flexible schedule to cover store hours, including weekends
* Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
