Production Supervisor

International metalworking firm is looking to hire multiple Product Supervisors for their manufacturing division. Our client company has a very stable and growing environment, non-union, excellent growth potential and benefits as well as steadily hiring for the past year. The ideal candidate will have professional knowledge and experience with high volume assembly operations, stamping, welding, and/or painting. Position does require an Associates or its equivalent and 4 years of experience, with a BS/BA a plus. Candidates with multi-task experience and capacity are preferred. Any experience with mobile equipment, multi components, fabricated products, small engines, automotive, trucking, lawn & garden, outdoor power, or power tool industries a plus. Looking for candidates with a high energy level, strong people skills and interpersonal/communication skills for this great opportunity. We have 10 open positions and our client is eager to fill! REQUIREMENTS
Preferred Areas of Expertise :

Professional knowledge and a history in high volume assembly operations, machining, welding, and/or painting

4+ years experience

An Associates or its equivalent, with a BS/BA a plus

A strong record of personal accomplishments i.e. program mgmt. personal mgmt. and excellent analytical and communication skills
