For our Passenger and Light Truck Replacement Sales operations we have multiple openings for Area Dealer Managers in territories including AK,ID,MT,OR,WA, and WY; ,MN,ND,SD and WI; TX and LA. Relocation will be considered for qualified candidates interested in relocating to a needed territory.

AREA DEALER MANAGER
Manages national sales strategy for increasing PLT sales and profits in assigned geographical area(s) through the direction of the Regional Manager. Calls on all dealers with in area, develops and coordinates sales presentations and ensures sales service through effective relationship management.
Responsibilities include:

•Maintain and grow existing accounts by ensuring account participation in marketing and sales promotions/programs. Program core marketing lines with Retail dealers and Wholesale Distributors. Ensure all accounts are kept informed and up-to-date on CTNA products, programs and policies

•Develop new business with a concentration on low market share areas. Focus on retail distribution with in assigned geographical area based on market demands, RMA and POLK data.

•Promote the CTNA GOLD Program to program Distributors. Work in conjunction with dealers to sign new GOLD retailers and maintain existing GOLD Dealers.

•Manage expenses and profitability of product to help ensure that the division reaches profit objectives. Manage the sellout pricing of the Continental and General brands to ensure the highest return for our customers
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business. Goal oriented, self motivated, driven, customer service, communication - verbal & written, presentation skills. Automotive sales experience required, tire sales experience preferred.
