R&D Anti-Corrosive Formulation Chemist

Kelly Scientific Resources currently has an excellent opportunity available for a R&D Formulation chemist located in metro Detroit. This is a permanent position.

Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of this position will be formulation development of anti-corrosive paints and paint/ process improvement. Responsible for technical service, manufacturing procedures, and product specifications. This position works closely with marketing and quality control to resolve any product issues that may arise during initial development or post marketing. Other responsibilities include competitor product analysis, clear and concise documentation.

Qualifications:
BS Chemistry with 5+ years of anti-corrosive formulation experience, including formulation of new products and modification of existing products. Candidate should also have technical service experience.
