•Assist retail walk in customers
•Answer inbound phone calls
•Maintain close communication with service department

•Installation of aftermarket accessories.
•Vehicle diagnosis (non-engine performance).
•Maintain close communication with sales department.
•Daily communication with customers to ensure proper service.
•Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance industry knowledge and skills.Duties- Retail Managers
•Daily review of control reports.
•Supervision of sales and technical teams
•Daily communication with regional management
•Participate in ongoing sales and technical training.
•Research and develop ideas for local advertising
•Active participation in Customer Service Review
•Team building.Duties- Wholesale/Dealer Outside Sales
•Maintain direct contact with existing customers, as well as develop new customer base.
•Report weekly to inside sales manager regarding account issues and suggestions.
•Resolve customer concerns with competitive pricing and supply demands.
•Work with vendors to supply merchandising materials to customers.
•Assist customers with product info, technical info, event staffing, and literature.Duties- Wholesale/Dealer Inside Sales
•High traffic phone service for order placement and tracking.
•Work hand in hand with outside sales team to assist with customer concerns.
•Develop and grow relationship with accounts through customer service.
•Perform competitive analysis of other suppliers.
•Establish market guidelines for pricing to maintain competitive advantage.Duties- Delivery Drivers
•Daily route delivery to wholesale customers as well as retail stores.
•Receive and process payments for wholesale accounts.
•Maintain driver log and mileage.
•Daily return of merchandise to warehouse.
•Responsible for inventory integrity and condition of packaging upon delivery.Duties- Dealer Service Outside Sales
•1 yr min. selling to new car dealers.
•2 yrs exp in automotive aftermarket sales.
•5 yrs exp in an outside sales capacity with significant track record of obtaining and surpassing goals.•Knowledge of 4 Wheel/ Off Road parts and accessories a plus.•Ability to develop new account prospects through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
•Responsible for providing superior sales support to existing dealer accounts, obtaining orders, while continuously expanding client base.
•Responsible to submit orders, keep management informed, monitor competition, resolve customer complaints, and maintain proficient product knowledge in the automotive aftermarket industry, while contributing to the team effort.Benefits

REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidates are self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to be coached, able to follow directions to meet goals, have motivation to learn daily, and desire to work for a company that allows unlimited growth. Experience is variable based upon positions, though any industry experience is highly regarded.
