Administrative Assistant (Body Shop)

Job Purpose:
Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.
Duties:
* Close job orders.
* Maintain Billing-A/P and A/R.
* Schedule payment arrangements and monitor accounts.
*Complete and manage submittal of insurance claims.
*Submit payroll for a shop of 16+ employees.
*Manage warranty claims-Freightliner and GMC.
*Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
Skills/Qualifications:
Must have Dealership exp. auto body shop or truck body shop preferred but not required. Strong computer skills-MS/Excel. Karmak exp. a plus.Warranty exp. w/ GMC or Freightliner a plus.
