Administrative Assistant

We are a multi outlet automotive repair franchise organization seeking an organized Administrative Assistant. In this entry level position you will work closely with our Book Keeping Office Manager, assisting with various clerical work, including receiving paperwork, filing, and general organization. You will also work by phone with parts vendors and store managers on a daily basis.

We are a family owned operation that takes great pride in providing outstanding automotive repairs and maintenance to our customers.
REQUIREMENTS
This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills. Some computer experience is also necessary. Familiarity with Excel, QuickBooks and Microsoft Word is also required for this position.
