We offer medical benefits and 401K. We are currently recruiting for an Engineering & Quality Manager position for one of our clients in the Rochester, Indiana area. This candidate will function as the lead in the Quality and Engineer Department.

Coordinator of personnel development to continually upgrade the skills of teammates.
Oversee the implementation of new product designs as well as validation of new processes, equipment and testing methodology.
Direct the plant APQP process to include machine selection and capability sign-off.
Facility continuous improvement through the implementation of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
Responsible for the implementation maintenance and annual recertification to TS16949 Standards through a third party registrar.
REQUIREMENTS


Qualifications

GD&T
Gauging, jigs, and fixtures, optical and air tools and gauges
Grinding & machining operations
Destructive and non-destructive testing techniques and equipment
Metallurgical testing
Problem Solving and mistake proofing experience
Supervision of technical people
A minimum of 12 years of progressive supervisory experience in Engineering discipline and related quality experience, preferably with an automotive OEM.
Experience in the machining and/or related industry
Six Sigma and other lean manufacturing training. Blackbelt certification preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline
