We are currently seeking: Auto, Liability, Property, Subrogation and Workers' Compensation CLAIMS REPRESENTATIVES based in San Diego, La Mirada, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Moreno Valley and Rancho Mirage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Extensive customer contact.
* Investigation and evaluation of coverage, liability and damages.
* Negotiate with customers to settle claims up to specified monetary limits.
REQUIREMENTS
Auto Claims Adjuster QUALIFICATIONS:* Excellent customer service skills and abilities.
* Communication skills, including the ability to deal with conflict.* Fluent with Spanish preferred.
* Judgment and Decision making skills.
* Ability to Analyze and Learn quickly.
* Multi-tasking.
* Computer proficiency.
and* Four-year college degree; OR automotive related Associate of Applied Science degree from an accredited technical college; OR two years working as a Manager, Assistant Manager or Lead estimator in an auto body repair facility is required.Physical Requirements:* Bending, Standing, Climbing, Kneeling,

* Carrying up to 20 lbs,
