$50K Base Salary+ Bonuses- Team Leader

The Team Leader heads up a team that performs 25 or more of our specialized automotive services, and earns an annual base of $50,000 with a lucrative bonus plan and a company benefit package. You may work by yourself as a Single-Man or manage a Multi-Man team of Technical Specialists servicing larger Director of Area Development assigned customers.M.A.R.S. Summary:Hands-on supervisor in automotive body/detailing, reporting to the Director of Area Development in the metropolitan area. Independently manage technicians and perform auto appearance reconditioning services through auto dealers, rental car companies and auto retailers who have the potential to provide daily work for a crew of specialized technicians certified to repair all types of cosmetic blemishes (i.e. dings, dents, scratches, burns, cracks, breaks, tears, discoloration, odors, etc.) from vehicle’s paint, plastic, glass, leather, vinyl, carpet, etc., PLUS provide a wide variety of automotive enhancement specialties such as bed-liners, pinstriping, interior-exterior graphics, accent trim, and accessories. Automotive body experience required.

Become certified in all 6 categories of appearance Reconditioning services: Exterior Paint Repairs, Interior Repairs, PDR, Glass Services, Detail Cleaning Services, Specialties Group.

Manage certified technicians to maintain service commitments on all auto appearance reconditioning services.
Generate daily production invoices and manage accounts receivable. Recap the production weekly and send it to the Director of Area Development.
Maintain quality standards for a wide variety of customer services.




Skills, Knowledge, AbilitiesHands-on problem solving with a basic business background including people skills and management abilities are required. An appreciation for outdoor life is beneficial. A valid driver’s license is required.Machines, Tools, Equipment, Chemicals, Specialized TrainingYou will receive a minimum of three weeks of comprehensive training to utilize specialty chemicals and machine tools designed for our unique auto appearance reconditioning services, management and sales. We provide all equipment, tools and supplies. You must provide your own vehicle.
